Our agency opened in 1990 and has grown into a team of six with many long-tenured team members who truly feel like family. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served in the military and later worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation in leadership and customer service.

I love the outdoors and am fortunate to live near the ocean. When I’m not in the office, you’ll likely find me surfing, cycling, or enjoying time outside.

Giving back is very important to me, and our agency stays actively involved in the community by supporting local events and working with organizations like Habitat for Humanity.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Wade Davis - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
